Steve commenced his working career in Chartered Accounting eventually specializing in tax and later corporate insolvency and business reconstruction. He later moved to the commercial world locating work in various industry sectors and for the last 30 years worked as a senior executive with experience gained in international, national, and local businesses large and small.

Steve has been extensively involved in wind-ups, start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, business reconstructions and in getting businesses more operationally efficient. Steve has been heavily involved in strategic and innovative practice development. He likes to unwind the complexities of business and create a more simplified approach to business management helping business owners & CEO’s more time to think innovatively about their businesses, helping build resilience, sustainability, and agility. He has been consulting to small business for many years and is also an author of Better Business Balance.
