During the coming year the Peel Development Commission will host a series of quarterly events – The Peel Investment Series.

These major information sharing events will feature senior politicians, business and community figures, who will present topics that highlight the Peel region’s huge economic investment potential and the social and community advantages that will flow from this.

Through the Peel Investment Series the Commission aims to drive awareness of regional development possibilities and employment creation opportunities and engage business, local government and community to drive towards success, while highlighting the vital facilitating role the Commission plays in these endeavours.

The inaugural event, which will be opened by Deputy Premier, the Hon Kim Hames MLA, will be held on Friday, July 18, with Perth Airport Chief Executive Brad Geatches as keynote speaker.

 Mr Geatches is leading the $1billion redevelopment of Australia’s fastest growing airport and the ideal business leader to bring this mighty project alive for us and relate it to Peel’s most significant regional challenge, the development of the Peel Business Park at Nambeelup- currently our greatest transformational project, Commission Chief Executive Mellisa Teede said.
